The Insulation Department is involved in research aiming to optimize methods and criteria for assessing the quality of winding insulation of high voltage rotating electrical machines.

The division employs  qualified staff in the area of insulations materials, insulation systems production technologies and high voltage machinery construction.

The head of the Department is Krzysztof Pietrzak.
